While we are no longer soliciting applications specifically for grants from our COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, we recognize that the pandemic continues to have wide-ranging impacts on youth and the nonprofits that serve them. We encourage organizations that are focused on creating opportunity for Black and Latinx youth from low-income background to apply to be included in our core portfolio of grantees.
A Better Chicago’s core investment areas include education (early childhood through post-secondary), careers, social emotional development, and basic needs.
