2019 Impact Summit
Our Impact Summit is a half-day event that convenes Chicago’s business and civic leaders to explore how we can provide our region’s youth with the education, skills and credentials to rise out of poverty. The Summit builds knowledge on key issues related to poverty and philanthropy, bridges connections between leaders across sectors and inspires participants to take action on the city’s most pressing and complex challenges.
This year’s event will feature keynote remarks from former New Orleans Mayor and New York Times best-selling author Mitch Landrieu. Additional speakers include: Stephen Beard (Adtalem Global Education), Eileen Buckley (PwC), Aimée Eubanks Davis (Braven), Myles Gage (Rapunzl), Craig Huffman (MetroEDGE), Todd Penner (Michael and Susan Dell Foundation), Sridhar Prasad (The Bridgespan Group), Timothy R. Schwertfeger (Nuveen Investments), Beth Swanson (A Better Chicago) and Andrea Zopp (World Business Chicago). Program details are below.
